Severn & Wye smoked salmon with Lilliput capers, lemon zest, fresh horseradish and micro-herbs — silky, bright and just a little cheeky. Smoky salmon lifted with zesty lemon and a prickle of horseradish, with Lilliput capers adding sharp little pops of salt. Quite irresistible, if I may say so.

How Many to Order
To help you plan:
- Drinks reception: 3–4 canapés per person
- Cocktail party / lighter supper: 6–8 canapés per person
Storage & Serving
All canapés must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Please ensure they are kept chilled at all times.
When stored correctly, our canapés will remain fresh for up to 3 days from the date of delivery.
Some items are designed to be served cold, while others require heating in an oven. All canapés require minimal assembly. Preparation instructions will be provided with your order.
Once prepared, canapés should be served immediately and consumed within 2 hours.

Delivery Information
We deliver nationwide using a chilled overnight service, so your canapés arrive fresh and perfectly presented.
Standard UK delivery (Tue–Fri): £9.95 (free on orders over £200)
Morning delivery (Pre-12): £14.95
Saturday delivery: £14.95
Saturday morning delivery (Pre-12): £19.95
For best results, we recommend delivery the day before your event. Our canapés stay fresh for up to 3 days when refrigerated.
