Delivery Information

At Coco’s Canapés, every box is freshly hand-prepared to order in our Bourne End kitchen, then carefully packaged and sent chilled. Your canapés will keep for up to 2 days refrigerated - the day of delivery and the following day. Coco recommends arranging delivery the day before your occasion, so everything is safely in hand and ready for the finishing touches when your guests arrive.

We currently offer Overnight UK Delivery and Same-Day Local Delivery to selected postcodes.

All deliveries are sent directly to the recipient’s address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as we are unable to leave perishable orders unattended.

Please note: As each order is freshly prepared, we require a minimum of 3 days’ notice, and delivery dates are subject to availability.

Overnight Chilled UK Delivery

Delivered chilled next working day to UK mainland addresses.

  • Standard Delivery (Tuesday to Friday) – £9.95
  • Morning Delivery, Pre-1pm (Tuesday to Friday) – £14.95
  • Saturday Delivery – £19.95
  • Saturday Morning Delivery, Pre-1pm – £24.95
  • Tracking is provided once dispatched
  • Someone must be available to receive the order. As our canapés are perishable, deliveries cannot be left in a Safeplace or with a neighbour.
  • Canapés are sent chilled and must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival
  • Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays

Same-Day Local Delivery – from £29.95

Available to selected London, Buckinghamshire and surrounding postcodes.

  • Delivered same-day within an agreed delivery window
  • Pricing is quoted based on location and availability
  • Subject to availability and kitchen capacity
  • Someone must be available to receive the order
  • Delivery days: Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays

Christmas Deliveries

We’re accepting Christmas pre-order requests for delivery up to and including 24 December, with additional dates available on 30 and 31 December. Delivery dates are subject to availability, and orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend getting your request in early.

For Christmas Day, choose delivery on 24 December so your canapés are ready for the following day. Our canapés keep for up to 2 days refrigerated — the day of delivery and the following day.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to one address per order.
  • We cannot leave deliveries unattended. If no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Canapés must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
  • Traffic, weather or courier delays may occasionally occur.

Alcohol Deliveries

If your order includes alcohol, you may be asked to present valid photo ID to verify you are 18 or older, in line with the Licensing Act 2003.
