Duck Pâté Éclair
A smooth, rich parfait of duck liver and butter with a port and cherry gel. Garnished with micro cress and chopped pistachios.

Spiced pumpkin and chickpea hummus with roasted garlic, cumin, topped with toasted seeds and micro herbs.
