Your canapés arrive chef-made, chilled and almost ready to serve. There is no cooking from scratch, chopping or specialist equipment required.

Depending on the varieties you choose, the only preparation may be:

• adding a supplied garnish or sauce
  
• warming selected canapés in the oven for approximately 10 minutes
  
• arranging them on your serving plates
  

All components are number labelled, and every order includes simple step-by-step instructions for each canapé.

Most cold canapés take only a few seconds each to finish.

Need them fully assembled? We can prepare and deliver your canapés fully assembled, at no extra charge. Get in touch for a same-day delivery quote to your location.

Your canapés arrive in insulated Woolcool packaging with ice packs, designed to keep them chilled for up to 48 hours.

Upon arrival, transfer them to a refrigerator as soon as possible. If immediate refrigeration is not possible, replace the ice packs with fully frozen ones, close the Woolcool box securely and keep it in a cool place.

When stored correctly in the refrigerator, your canapés will remain fresh for up to 2 days - the day of delivery and the following day.

Cold canapés should be kept chilled until shortly before serving. Warm canapés should be served immediately after heating and finishing. Once prepared, all canapés should be consumed within 2 hours.

Common allergens across the range may include: gluten, eggs, milk, soya,
sulphites, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, sesame.

We deliver nationwide using a chilled overnight service, with your canapés carefully packed to keep them fresh in transit.

You will receive tracking details on the day before delivery. On the day of delivery, the courier will provide an estimated delivery window.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery by 7pm, Tuesday to Friday – £9.95
• Morning delivery by 12pm, Tuesday to Friday – £14.95
• Saturday delivery – £10 surcharge

Our canapés are made to order and require a minimum of 3 days’ notice.

For best results, we recommend choosing delivery for the day before your event. Your canapés will remain fresh for up to 2 days refrigerated - the day of delivery and the following day.

Someone must be available to receive your delivery. You will receive tracking details the day before delivery, followed by an estimated delivery window from the courier on the day itself. As our canapés are perishable, orders cannot be left in a Safeplace or with a neighbour and should be transferred to a refrigerator as soon as possible.

Same-day delivery may also be available in selected areas on request.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. ID may be required upon delivery.
