Coco’s Canapés – Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Coco’s Canapés, all of our products are freshly prepared to order using perishable ingredients.
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once products have left our kitchen,
except in the limited circumstances described below.

2. Perishable Goods

Our canapés and related items are made fresh for each order.
As such, they are exempt from the usual consumer right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,
which excludes goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Once an order has been collected or delivered, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns,
even if the items are unopened or unused.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number
and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter promptly and, where appropriate,
offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from missed delivery attempts where no one was available
to receive the order, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer,
or failure to refrigerate or store products as instructed.

4. Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue and will handle each case individually.

We aim to resolve all queries promptly and fairly.

6. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
