Wild mushroom and truffle arancini with spinach and tarragon pesto, finished with shaved parmesan. Crisp on the outside, rich with mushroom and truffle at the centre, with fresh herb pesto bringing a little lift. Properly indulgent, but still very well behaved.

A note from Coco’s Sommelier: “This works nicely with Monteci Valpolicella or Boschendal Chenin Blanc. The Valpolicella brings bright cherry fruit that sits well with the mushrooms, while the Chenin Blanc is fresh and lively, which helps keep the richness of the arancini in check.”
