Silky marrow, sweet balsamic onions and melted Regatta cheese tucked into soft brioche, with a sharp little cornichon to keep things in balance. Small, but rather serious.

A note from Coco’s Sommelier: “Tempus Two Cabernet Merlot is a great match here. The dark berry fruit handles the richness of the marrow well, while the soft tannins sit comfortably with the sharp cornichon.”
