Each season, I curate a collection of small bites designed for effortless entertaining – handmade in Bourne End, served chilled, and ready to impress. Every canapé is created to be as beautiful as it is delicious – perfectly balanced, elegantly finished, and entirely ready to serve.

Duck Pâté Eclair
A smooth, rich parfait of duck liver and butter with a port and cherry gel. Garnished with micro cress and chopped pistachios.

Spiced pumpkin and chickpea hummus with roasted garlic, cumin, topped with toasted seeds and micro herbs.

Drinks reception (1 hour): 6–8 canapés per guest
Light lunch or standing party: 10–12 per guest
Main event replacement: 14–16 per guest
All canapés are delivered chilled and ready to serve. Simply open, plate, and enjoy within 24 hours of delivery.
