2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (www.cocoscanapes.co.uk) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
3. Products and Orders
3.1 Our canapés and related products are handmade to order. All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received and an order confirmation email has been issued.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where ingredients or delivery capacity are unavailable.
4. Perishable Goods
4.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been collected or delivered unless the product is faulty.
4.2 Customers are responsible for storing and consuming products in accordance with any guidance provided (e.g., refrigeration requirements, use-by dates).
4.3 Any concerns regarding product quality or condition must be raised within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
5. Allergens and Ingredients
5.1 All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, and other allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
5.2 Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before placing an order. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
6. Alcohol Sales
6.1 Some of our products and hampers may include alcohol. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
6.2 We operate under the Licensing Act 2003 and reserve the right to refuse the sale or delivery of alcohol to any person unable to provide proof of age.
6.3 Alcohol must not be resold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18.
7. Collection and Local Delivery
7.1 We currently offer local delivery to specific postcodes within the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area, and collection from our premises by arrangement.
7.2 Delivery slots are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within your chosen window but cannot guarantee exact times.
7.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon collection or delivery to the agreed address.
7.4 It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery at the agreed time. Failed deliveries may be subject to redelivery charges.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
8.1 Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.
8.2 After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for refund due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products.
8.3 Refunds will only be offered in the case of defective or incorrect items, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Pricing and Payment
9.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
9.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using our approved payment methods.
9.3 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
10.3 We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier failure or extreme weather.

All text, images, graphics, and content on this website are the property of West London Bakeries Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the website without written permission.
12. Data Protection

By placing an order, you consent to our use of your data for order fulfilment and communication purposes.
13. Governing Law
